Proven by the dynamic and aggressive attitude of the shareholders and management team, the company had also acquired again through internal fund another piece of land measuring 3.773 acres in Taman Mutiara Barat, Mukim Petaling, Wilayah Persekutuan through its associated company CTM Properties Development Sdn Bhd.
